Shipping and Returns
Delivery is through a national courier and is usually achieved within 2-3 business days for north island and up to 5-6 days for south island.
Small items will get sent directly to your nominated shipping address.
Larger items which includes all boards (paddleboard, surfboard, longboard and kayaks), will get shipped to your local Mainfreight depo, where on arrival they will call you to come and collect.
FREE delivery if you spend over $100, except on Kayaks and SALE items.
We keep all freight rates to a minimum and only charge where needed.
Rural deliveries and Saturday deliveries are charged an extra fee.
We make sure that all goods are carefully packed. Should the goods be damaged upon delivery, then please contact us immediately so that we may follow up with the courier.
We shall not be liable for failure to deliver on a timely basis due to causes beyond our control.
If the Supshed makes a mistake in addressing your parcel then we’ll cover any costs for re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the product.
If the Customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then Supshed will not refund or resend the product and all responsibility for correcting delivery will be by the customer.
Most delivery times are fast and happen allot sooner than listed below, however some things do not go to plan every time, but if you work on the times indicated below, a quicker time will only be a bonus!!!
- North Island please allow 3-4 days for delivery.
- South Island please allow 5-7 days for delivery
- International customers - Please note we do not ship over seas.
You can buy online with confidence through the Supshed. We offer our Customers a 7-day Returns Guarantee from the date of purchase on all NEW products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then please follow this procedure and we shall organise your prompt replacement, refund or store credit.

Repack the item back in its original packaging carefully. It is our policy that only items that are NEW and un-used will be accepted under our Returns Guarantee.
Items outside this will be at our discretion and will incur a restocking fee of 20%.
You will also need to send back your receipt as proof of purchase.
Please ensure your name, address, email address and phone number are recorded on the receipt. Take a copy for your own records.

In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 any goods that are faulty or not of good quality, the customer has the right to a repair or replacement if all other options are exhausted, then a refund.
